Hey, I’m Haley! I have spent my life constantly reimagining, redecorating, repainting and rearranging rooms. I grew up endlessly watching HGTV, dreaming up spaces on Pinterest, and buying furniture years before I had a place to put it. My business is a culmination of my life experiences—a blend of creativity, craftsmanship, a deep understanding of homes, both as functional spaces and as places to personalize. Haley’s Homes started as an Instagram account where I shared my favorite home designs before earning my real estate license at 22. A couple years later, I was able to purchase and renovate my first multifamily home outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, while representing myself as my own agent.

My creativity was (and is still) fueled and guided by my mom, an incredible artist and teacher, who designed/decorated/renovated several homes. My dad worked in the union as an operating engineer and mason, he shared his world with me early on by emphasizing the importance of quality and doing things the right way. My home garage had a workshop for my grandfather, a lifelong carpenter, woodworker and handyman. Meanwhile, my grandmother’s entrepreneurial spirit and career in real estate introduced me to the world of properties and envisioning their full potential.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business Administration, paired with a lifelong passion for homes and design, my business is continuously growing. Supported by industry-recognized licenses and certifications, and close to a decade of experience - I deliver tailored, high-quality interiors and real estate sales/purchases. My current corporate experience as a Property Manager, overseeing more than 300 homes- has shown me what it takes to maintain, improve, and maximize a property’s potential. Managing my own multifamily home has also given me firsthand insight into the everyday challenges of ownership & into what it takes to keep a home running smoothly.

My work focuses on combining real estate expertise with design insights to enhance property appeal. All renovations will include modern home technology upgrades and future suggestions. Our approach prioritizes thoughtful design while supporting small and local businesses whenever possible. With a presence throughout Pennsylvania and Savannah, GA, we are open to serving clients nationwide.
