Contract Length: Services available in 6 and 12-month periods.

Contract Renewal: Changes to the service may be adjusted at renewal, with the options to extend, modify, or upgrade.

Travel & On-Site Support: Travel fees apply if and when in-person assistance is required.

Client Responsibilities: Timely provision of project details and approval of materials is required to meet deadlines.

Client Contracts: Haley’s Homes reserve the right to selectively accept clients to ensure that each partnership aligns with our business values, vision, and expertise. This ensures we deliver the highest quality of service to clients who are the right fit for our offerings.

Cancellation Policy: 30-day written notice required for early termination. No refunds on partial months.

Confidentiality & Privacy: Haley’s Homes is committed to maintaining confidentiality of all client information. Clients are also expected to respect the confidentially of our methodology, or any personal or sensitive information shared during the course of the project; ensuring a secure environment for all parties.

Revisions & Change Requests: There are a select amount of revisions included in each contract. If client requests additional revisions, separate fees will incur.

Portfolio Use: Haley’s Homes LLC reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Indemnification: The client agrees to hold Haley’s Homes LLC harmless for any issues or claims resulting from the use of our services.

Termination: Haley’s Homes LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time for non-payment, breach of terms, or client misconduct. In such cases, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Liabilities: Haley’s Homes LLC’s total liability for any claims related to this agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the services rendered.

Billing: Payments are due at the beginning of each month. Late payments incur a $30 fee everyday after a 7-day grace period.
